Road Improvements Planned for Country Club Road, More

BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Bridgewater officials are continuing to repair roads around the township, and recently approved several new contracts for roadwork.

  • A contract was approved between the township and Asphalt Paving Systems Inc. for maintenance and repair work on Patterson Street, in the amount of $85,738. The work will include chip sealing and microsurfacing.
  • The council approved a contract with Maser Consulting P.A. for engineering services for the Country Club Road Improvement Project, Phase V, which is from Garretson Road to Rolling Hills Road. The contract is for an amount not to exceed $61,330. Work on Country Club Road is continuing now as the road is closed from Garretson Road to Route 22 for construction.
  • A contract was approved with IH Engineers P.C. for engineering services in the Ascot Lane Road Improvement Project, from Foothill Road to Graybar Drive. The contract is for $43,477, and includes pavement repair or replacement and overlay, plus much more.
