Emergency vehicles will always have access to roads in critical situations.  Residents with questions should contact the Department of Community Services (DCS) at 908 / 273-6404. Contact the Summit Police at 908 / 273-0051 if it is necessary to leave cars on the street overnight to avoid being ticketed.   Residents are encouraged to check the City of Summit website daily for scheduling updates and other project-related information.
