Roosevelt Middle School Roughriders Talent Showcase to be Held April 24-25

WEST ORANGE, NJ - The talented students of Roosevelt Middle School are presenting their Rougriders Talent Showcase on Thursday, April 24 and Friday April 25, beginning at 7:30 pm in the RMS Auditorium, 36 Gilbert Place.

The lineup will consist of  ten competitors for the Talent Competition and a Showcase of Talent, including a skit entitled, "Another Cinderella" by Robert Fontaine from his book, Skits for Young People.

A wide array of musical performances covering songs by artists like Christina Aguilera, John Legend, Adele, and David Guetta, along with a musical number from Wicked, will be included in the vocal competition.

The Unknown Skyline Band will perform songs by Green Day and Freddy Cannon; and the entire Showcase is expected to united for performances of America the Beautiful, Star Spangled, Just For the Record, Diamonds, and Let It Go.

The event is a two night talent showcase, a first for Roosevelt. The ticket costs are $10.00 in advance or $12.00 at the door. A ticket purchase is valid for both evenings, pending it is not pre-torn.
