Roseland Resident William Siudmak Arrested for Child Sexual Assault

ROSELAND, NJ - On FridayWilliam Siudmak, 55, of Roseland, was arrested on sexual assault charges. The crimes are alleged to have occurred against a child between January 2006, and December 2007. Siudmak was released from custody after posting $250,000 bail.  

Charges
The case was handled by a joint investigation between the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office, the New Jersey State Police and the Roseland Police Department. At this time, law enforcement is not releasing any further information other than Siudmak was charged with the following: 
 
  • two counts:  Aggravated Sexual Assault
     
     
  • four counts: Sexual Assault
     
  • six counts:  Endangering the Welfare of a Child

I-280 Traffic Shift Necessary This Weekend for Bridge Replacement Project
