ROSELLE, NJ - The Roselle 5th Ward Terraces Block Association held its second annual block party on Saturday. The organization was formed by Roselle 5th Ward Councilman Roy Locke to build community bonds between residents and local commercial businesses.

The Roselle Fire Department participated by letting the kids work the fire hoses while others played on the water slide or other activities. Roselle Mayor Jamel Holley and other council members also attended the event.
