RANDOLPH, NJ:  Rosemary Becchi met with members of VFW Post 7333 in Randolph, NJ Tuesday evening to hear their concerns about current issues facing veterans.  The conversation ranged from topics regarding women veteran’s health issues, to choices in healthcare for veterans to national defense spending and a commitment to support Picatinny Arsenal.

“It has been a couple of years since a Congressperson has talked to us and listened to our concerns,” said Senior Vice Commander John Reilly, who has been a member of the Randolph VFW for more than ten years.  “We thank Rosemary for making the time for us and we applaud her genuine desire to advocate for veteran causes.”

Upon leaving the Post, Rosemary issued the following statement:

“This post embodies the commitment to service that the VFW and so many of our veterans maintain long after they take off their uniforms. Our veterans deserve a fighter, a representative who will sponsor legislation for women’s healthcare, choices for medical care, commitment to mental wellness, and a commitment to our national defense. I made a promise tonight that I will fight for our veterans on these issues.  I will always put veterans ahead of politics.”
