Route 78 Crash and Christmas Eve Rescue

WARREN, NJ - On Dec. 24, Warren,  Watchung and Berkeley Heights Fire and Rescue all responded and operated on the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Route 78.

One patient was entrapped in the rear of the vehicle. Berkeley Heights Fire units arrived first. The units worked to stabilize the vehicle and remove the rear door to get the patient out of the vehicle for EMS. 

This rescue is an great example of the  working relationship that exists between the Warren Fire Department, Watchung Fire Department and Berkeley Heights Fire Department.
