NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ - Santa came to the Firehouse of New Providence on Saturday to meet the children of the borough and take photos with them before Christmas.
“We come and take our pictures here ever year,” said Mrs. Miller, a New Providence resident, while her children spoke with Santa.
Almost all of the other families in line said that they too come every year, to the firehouse, for their photo with Saint Nick.
The firehouse was filled with parents, kids and their Santa wish lists. As New Providence Fire Chief Ralph Parlapiano pointed out, this is the 72nd time Santa has come to town.
“We love to have everyone come and see Santa, and we always get a great turnout,” Parlapiano said.
