Schools on the Move in May and June

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – May and June were a busy months for South Plainfield’s schools, with all sorts of events taking place to end the school year.

The Middle School held its annual eighth grade dance on June 14.  According to PTO President Debbie Boyle, about 150 students participated, with retired teacher John Limyanski coming back to keep his tradition going as the official deejay for the event.

That same day, at Kennedy School, class parents held a third-grade picnic, complete with hotdogs, hamburgers, baked goods, fruit, and Italian ice.
