Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School to Host Annual Quarter Dip on Thursday

February 5, 2014 at 9:02 PM

SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD NJ- Thursday marks Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School’s annual Quarter Dip.

Every year, SPFHS hosts a quarter dip to help benefit the Booster Club. This year, it will be on Feb. 6 from 4 p.m. until they run out of food. Anyone who attends will buy tickets at a quarter a piece and walk down a line of food. Each item of food will be worth a certain amount of tickets which they give to the server.

There will also be two varsity basketball games. The girls' team will host Union Catholic at 6 p.m. and the boys' team will host Linden, which is currently the fourth-ranked team in the state. The basketball games cost $2, which will be valid for both games.

The night is always a big success, and anyone who would like to support the school is invited.
