10/14                    A resident of Warren St. reported being a victim of a theft. He stated that sometime overnight unknown suspect(s) entered his vehicle. Once inside the suspect(s) removed undetermined amount of change.  Entrance was gained through an unlocked door.

10/15                   A resident of Grand St. reported being a victim of harassment.  She stated that a neighbor yells obscenities at her and parks her vehicle in front of her house.

10/17                    A resident of Hidden Meadow Dr. reported being victim of a theft.  He stated that unknown suspect(s) removed Misc. medical supplies from his garage. The garage was left open.

10/18                    Jeremy Gabriel, 21, of Front St. South Plainfield was arrested for a $455 outstanding warrant issued by the Plainfield court.  Off. Budzinski stopped Gabriel for a motor vehicle violation on Plainfield Ave. and discovered the warrant.  He was transported to H.Q. where he was processed and released.

10/20                    David Conteras Age. 30 of North 13th St. Newark, was arrested for a $700 outstanding warrant issued by the Scotch Plains court. Off. Rites stopped Conteras for a motor vehicle violation on Front St. and discovered the warrant. He was transported to H.Q. where he was processed and released.

10/20                   A resident of Stocker Lane reported being a victim of fraud. She stated that unknown suspect(s) made approximately $1,400 in purchases on her credit card without her authorization.
