3/24 - Joseph Tremarco Age. 35 of Sunrise Dr. Gillette N.J. was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. Off. Everitt stopped Tremarco for a motor vehicle violation on Mountain Ave. and while speaking with him he smelled a strong odor of Alcohol.  After failing several field sobriety tests, Tremarco was placed under arrest. He was arrested and transported to H.Q. where he was processed and released.

3/25 - Kevin Paynes Age. 49 of Amherst St. Caldwell N.J. was arrested for a $235 outstanding warrant issued by the Essex County Court.  Off. Cheney stopped Paynes for a motor vehicle violation on Route 22 and discovered the warrant.  He was transported to H.Q. where he was processed and released.  

3/25 - A resident of Francis Lane called to report that he found a laptop computer on his front lawn.  The Scotch Plains Police took possession of the laptop.  It is unknown at this time how it got there or who owns the laptop.

3/26 - A student at the Union County Vo-Tech reported being a victim of a Theft.  He stated that while he was in class unknown suspect(s) removed his IPhone from his back pack.  The phone was valued at approximately $500.

3/26 - The owner of a Park Ave. business reported being a victim of a Theft. She stated two individuals made approximately $250 in purchases with a credit card that turned out to be stolen.

3/27 - A resident of Spruce Mill Lane reported being a victim of a Theft.  She stated that she had a friend staying with her and he took her vehicle without her consent and has failed to bring it back.

3/28 - A resident of East Second St. reported being a victim of Harassment.  She stated that she has been receiving numerous calls from an ex-boyfriend and he either yells or hangs up.
