On October 31, 2018 Millburn Police Officer Nacim responded to J lot at the mall on a report of a burglary to motor vehicle. Three patrons from New York report the 2014 Mercedes Benz GL4 they arrived in had a rear window smashed and $13,383.00 worth of merchandise just purchased had been taken. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau. 

On October 31, 2018 Millburn Police Officer Pinero responded to Neiman Marcus on a theft report. Neiman Marcus personnel report a black male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a red skull on the left side, black sweatpants, and red/grey/white sneakers accompanied by a black male wearing a black baseball hat, navy hooded sweatshirt with white lines down the sleeves, navy sweatpants, and black/red sneakers took 3 jackets valued at $5365.00 and ran out of the store without making payment. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On November 1, 2018 Millburn Police Officer Pinero responded to Spring St on a theft report. The victim reports two packages containing 86 shirts valued at $4558.00 were delivered to his residence at approximately 3:00 pm and discovered missing when he returned home at 8:00 pm. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On November 1, 2018 Millburn Police Officer Hunt stopped a 2016 Ford Fusion on JFK Pkwy near the mall for having tinted windows. The investigation led to the arrest of 22 year old Ricky Santiago of Kearny for possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana). Mr. Santiago was issued a summons and remanded to the Essex County Correctional Facility on an outstanding South Carolina warrant for a probation violation.

On November 3, 2018 Millburn Police Officer Crawn and Matron Woods responded to the Monmouth County Correctional Facility on a warrant arrest. Mychelle Williams, age 42 of Brooklyn, was placed under arrest on 2 outstanding criminal warrants and remanded to the Essex County Correctional Facility.

On November 4, 2018 Millburn Police Officer Royce stopped a 2008 Honda Accord for failing to maintain a lane on Old Short/South Orange. The investigation led to the arrest of 21 year old Daryus Smith of West Orange for possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Smith was issued a summons and released. 

On November 4, 2018 at 1:30 am Millburn Police Lieutenant Ronceray observed a 2018 Mazda parked on Brookside Drive in violation of the county ordinance. The investigation led to the arrest of 19 year old Tariq Baptiste of Union and 18 year old Noah Allen-Smith of Maplewood for possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Baptiste and Ms. Allen-Smith were released on a summons.

On November 4, 2018 Millburn Police Officers Hay and Freem responded to a Fenton Drive residence on a burglary report. The resident reports sometime overnight an unknown actor/s entered the residence through a rear unlocked door and took a purse containing a wallet, credit cards, and car keys. The actor/s then took a 2012 Toyota Camry from the driveway. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau. 

On November 4, 2018 Millburn Police Officer Freem responded to a Kilmer Drive residence on a report of a burglary to motor vehicle report. The resident reports sometime overnight an unknown actor/s entered his 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee in his driveway and rummaged through the center console and glove compartment. Nothing appears to be missing. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau. 

On November 5, 2018 Millburn Police Officer Crawn responded to Bloomingdales on a theft report. Bloomingdales personnel report a black male wearing a black puffy jacket, red shirt, and black pants took 2 jackets valued at $1650.00 and left the store without making payment. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau. 

On November 5, 2018 Millburn Police Officer Czupak stopped a 2017 Nissan Sentra on Millburn/Rt 124 for going through a red light. The investigation led to the arrest of 21 year old Matthew Ayala of Linden for possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Ayala was issued a summons and released.
