Bring your family and learn golf at NEWTON COUNTRY CLUB

PGA Professional providing fun, fast and affordable lessons to aspiring golfers

(Newton NJ)—To The Tee Golf is bringing adults and children into the game of golf in a fast, fun and affordable way through SNAG golf.  Mary Beth Kohberger is offering a fun free family golf event June 2nd. Open to children ages 5 – 16 accompanied by their parents.  Beginners, intermediate, and advanced all welcome. -  Visit www.totheteegolf.com to register.

SNAG is an easy and fun way to learn and play golf in non traditional ways.  SNAG contains all the elements of golf but in a modified way.  Falling somewhere between miniature golf and regulation golf, SNAG allows for full shots, pitching, chipping, and putting.  It is a proven learning and training program for the entry level golfer.

“The program provides a rewarding educational experience for those who are interested in learning more about the game of golf,” said PGA instructor MaryBeth Kohberger. “The program will provide a casual, yet structured setting using fun, skill enhancement formats. We encourage you to bring a family member to get outdoors, soak in some sunshine and get some exercise while learning a game for a lifetime.”

Studies clearly show that playing golf is good for your health and wellness. While being outside and enjoying the sunshine and serene landscape, a golfer will have a healthier state of well-being. Playing a round of golf also burns calories and rejuvenates the mind through one of the best forms of moderate aerobic activity - walking. It is also a great way to spend time with families and to enjoy the outdoors.
