LAKE HOPATCONG, NJ - A snake measuring approximately 15 feet has been sighted in Lake Hopatcong.

Although the snake, believed to be an anaconda, has not harmed any swimmers at the busy Sussex County destination, two reptile specialists have been called in to try to catch the snake, and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has also set traps in the lake.
