SOUTH ORANGE, NJ – The South Orange/Maplewood chapter of Believe, Inspire, Grow (B.I.G.) is presenting guest speaker Marian Buck-Murray, a Certified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner and Nutrition Coach, to discuss how to prevent your inner critic from holding you back from success.
B.I.G. SOMA co-leader Catherine Stratton said that all local businesswomen are invited to attend as a guest to see what B.I.G. is all about and to join and participate.
Buck-Murray, who has a private practice at Wellspring Health Collective in Maplewood, will introduce the group to EFT, a practice that has been proven to reduce cortisol, pain, and negative feelings. It works by tapping your fingertips on specific points on the face and torso. In this session, Buck-Murray will teach the 3-Step EFT Formula that “will help you transform your inner critic into a friendly and supportive ally.” Her website is www.goodfoodsolutions.com.
Hundreds of women are already participating in B.I.G. Believe, Inspire, Grow, The Popular Women’s Support, Education and Networking Organization designed to “empower women to business.” Founded in September 2009 in Bernardsville, NJ B.I.G. has been rapidly expanding to communities throughout the USA.
The B.I.G. SOMA pod meetings are held the third Wednesday of the month from 9:15 to 11 a.m. at The Wellness Lounge, 14 South Orange Ave in South Orange.
