You’ll love the ambiance at 100 Steps. Located just across the street from A Toute Heure, remember, Oyster Happy Hour takes place at the Raw Bar, Thursday to Saturday from 4 to 5:30 p.m.  Sample a selection of the staff’s favorite oysters and some great Bar Sandwiches. And while you’re thinking about what to order, consider the fact that it’s Lobster Season, and request a delicious Lobster Roll. Enjoy it all on small plates at 100 Steps.

Dog Days of Summer Tasting at Rosie’s Wine Bar in Garwood
Join the crowd at Rosie’s Wine Bar in Garwood, on Tuesday, August 19 at 7:30 p.m. The staff is featuring their annual Dog Days of Summer Tasting.
The theme:
Chillable Grillable Reds as in Red Wines for drinking with friends during the late summer season.
Along with other selections, featured brews include: Cru Beaujolais, Chinon, Gamacha, and of course, Pinot Noir.  If the weather cooperates, it is expected the event will be held outdoors.

Enjoy a first-of its kind event hosted on the grounds of the Pleasantdale Chateau estate. The event features the perfect pairing of a carefully-curated selection of craft beers and refined-casual cuisine from Chef Robert Albers. Sample all selections, or choose a favorite. Take time to wander the grounds and explore wine pairings. Interact with special guest experts, or simply sit and enjoy the surroundings. With 12 unique brews, plus additional samplings from select Belgian Trappist breweries, as well as a gluten-free, hard apple cider option, for guests who prefer a little something different, there are “offerings” to please every palette.

The evening feaetures a selection of 5 different Menus with carefully crafted drink selections, plus a delicious Dessert of Nectarine Crumble with Maple Whipped Cream. * Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout and Anderson Valley Summer Solstice Seasonal Ale.
