SOMERVILLE, NJ - The Somerset County Department of Health Thursday update shows five confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the borough, with a total of 190 cases in Somerset County, and four deaths caused by complications of COVID-19.

Somerset County reported 51 new cases overnight.

The Somerset County Department of Health confirmed the death of a Hillsborough resident and a Bedminister resident overnight, adding to two other deaths reported earlier, a Franklin resident and a Bridgewater resident.

Here is the latest breakdown of confirmed cases by town: Bedminster, 7;  Bernardsville Borough, 8; Bernards Township, 12; Branchburg, 12; Bridgewater, 20; Bound Brook, 5: Franklin, 41; Green Brook, 4; Hillsborough, 11; Manville, 7; Millstone, 1; Montgomery, 11; North Plainfield, 12; Peapack-Gladstone, 2; Raritan, 3; Somerville, 5; South Bound Brook, 3; Warren, 12; Watchung, 7. 

No cases have been reported in Far Hills or Rocky Hill.

Statewide, there is a total of 6,876 cases, with 81 confirmed deaths. There were 2.492 new cases reported overnight, according to the state Department of Health.

There are 60.115 cases in the United States, with 827 deaths; worldwide, there are 451,355 cases and 20,499 deaths, according to the Centers for Disease Control.
