SOUTH ORANGE, NJ - Hungry villagers just got a new option for dining in town: Tito’s Burritos & Wings has opened at 6 West South Orange Avenue.
This is Tito’s fourth location, although owner Mike Caldarella said they had intended South Orange to be the second.
“After opening originally in Summit, we decided that our second location would be South Orange,” Caldarella said. “At the time, which was five years ago, we just did not find the right location available in town.” One thing led to another, and Tito’s happened to find ideal spots to open in Morristown and Ridgewood before just the right opportunity opened up in South Orange.
“We love this community,” said Caldarella. “Between Seton Hall University, SOPAC and such a great downtown area, this spot is perfect for us. The people are great and the vibe just feels right for Tito’s. We pride ourselves on our customer service and our food, and are looking forward to meeting South Orange.”
The menu features a broad range of burritos, tacos, salads, quesadillas, chicken wings, and more. For now, their hours will be 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday through Saturday, and 12 – 8 p.m. on Sunday, although Caldarella said they will adjust the hours if the market wants and justifies it.
