South Plainfield Girls Basketball Overpowers North Brunswick 68-42


SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – South Plainfield Tigers Girls Basketball Team defeated North Brunswick 68-42 last night in South Plainfield.  Naomi McNeill led four South Plainfield scorers in double figures with a career high 20 points.  Yasmeen Mighty had 14 points, Kate McLaughlin had 11 points, and Sarah Cargill had 10 points for the Tigers. 

Kadijah Matthews and Kyra Fox each had 16 points for North Brunswick.  South Plainfield is now 9-5 on the season while North Brunswick drops to 6-7 on the season.  The South Plainfield Girls varsity team plays today away at New Brunswick.
