South Plainfield Under Winter Weather Advisory: 3 to 4 Inches of Snow Expected


MOUNT HOLLY, NJ – The National Weather Service has declared a winter weather advisory for South Plainfield beginning 3 a.m. Tuesday and lasting until 1 p.m.

Snow accumulations of three to four inches are expected.  The snow should come in rapidly overnight and will be heavy at times during Tuesday’s morning commute.  It is expected to end around noon.    

Temperatures will be in the mid-20s to around 30 degrees during the snowfall and will rise above freezing later in the day on Tuesday.  Motorists should exercise caution.
