SPRINGFIELD, NJ - In an email to parents, all principals in the Springfield School District reminded parents that schools will be closed on Monday.
The closure comes as a result of the Presidents Day holiday. Following the holiday observance, regular school hours will resume the following day. If parents want to follow along with updates from the Springfield School District, the process is simple.
After going on to the public school website, parents can select their child's school from the pulldown menu at the top. After clicking on the top menu, the email list can be found in the quick links menu on the left-hand side of the site by clicking on the tab labeled email list sign up.
The link will take parents to a school mailman portal, and after selecting the school their child goes to, the parent can input their email to be added to the mailing list.
