STAFFORD - Steven Rizzo started Room Service Home Improvements in NJ in 2005. He retired from the New York City Police Department as a Lieutenant in March of 2005. Steve then followed his passion to work with his hands in the remodeling business.
Prior to his retirement Steven owned a successful home improvement business in Staten Island under the same name. After he moved to New Jersey Rizzo expanded the business to include additions and the construction of new homes.
Room Service Home Improvements can complete all phases of home improvements. They feature new construction, additions, kitchen and bath remodels, basements, window and door replacements, ceramic tile, hardwood, laminate flooring, closet organizers, small repairs and more.
Steven prides himself on his strong work ethic, honesty, communication skills and workmanship. His motto is "We work on your home like it's ours" meaning he would never do something in your house that he wouldn't do in his own. Steven delivers what he promises and never promises what he can't deliver. These characteristics have been the foundation of his success in the construction industry.
"Unfortunately, when the subject of home improvement contractors arises most homeowner associate that with a negative experience that they either have been a part of or heard of," said Steven. "It is very important to hire a NJ registered, insured and qualified contractor with references. The "white van with no lettering that approached you in the parking lot" is probably not a wise choice."
Homeowners are provided with Steven's cell phone number and customers can expect an immediate answer. It doesn't matter the time, evenings, weekends or vacation Steven will respond.
Room Service Home Improvements understands that in todays society people expect instant satisfaction. The company is committed to doing work the right way. They are always willing to redo somehting if necessary to make it perfect. Even after final payment Room Service will return to the job and make corrections. Steven says "we are not afraid to say 'I'm sorry it way my mistake,' after all we are all human.
