Star Gazing at the Scotch Plains Library

Junior astronomers took turns stargazing through telescopes set up in the parking lot of the Scotch Plains Public Library on Monday, August 4th.
Giant binoculars helped viewers see planets, stars, and craters on the moon.
SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ -- Local astronomers set up telescopes outside the Scotch Plains Public Library last night (Monday, August 4th) so that junior star gaves could view the moon, Mars, Saturn, and various constellations.
On Wednesday, August 6 at 4:00 p.m., the library will host Fizz, Bubble, Pop! (With Mad Science!) featuring hands-on chemistry experiments. Participants must pre-register.
