Stardust - literally meaning the dusty material found between the stars. has long been a topic of intrigue in science. art. and pop culture. Between 1940 and 1978 John Coltrane. Bing Crosby, and Willie Nelson released albums titled Stardust." Toward the latter end of that timeline, David Bowie created his alter ego Ziggy Stardust-an alien rock star sent to Earth to deliver a message of hope. Thirty years later Moby sang what scientists have often claimed-that we are all made of stars.
