NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ - New Providence Business Community will be holding its annual Street Fair on Sunday, Sept. 7.
Springfield Avenue from Livingston Street to South Street will be closed off from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. that day for the fair. The street will be transformed into a giant town block party.
There will be mechanical kiddie rides, climbing wall, pony rides, petting zoo, clown, face painting, sand art, temporary tattoos and more, including live entertainment all day long featuring bands, dancers and karate demonstrations.
JC Promotions, Inc., promoter of the street fair, will feature many creative crafters with hand-crafted works and merchandise dealers offering bargains and unique items for all.
Any local civic group or merchant is invited to participate in this event. This is an opportunity for local businesses and groups to promote their establishments or organization.
