MONTCLAIR, NJ - A group of Montclair residents will be hosting a march for unity on Saturday, September 26. 

Hosted by Suburban Moms Against Re-Electing Trump (SMART), the "peaceful march" is planned to "send a message to President Donald Trump that his practices and policies are out of touch with the needs of today's voters."

A rally will begin at 1:30 p.m. at Rand Park, with a march to begin at 2 p.m. The event will conclude around 3 p.m. with a gathering back in Rand Park.

Speakers to include Sen. Nia Gill, Jaime Bedrin of Moms Demand Action, Janeece Freeman Clark of the Vanguard Theater, Marcia Marley of BlueWaveNJ, performer Abby Sher and Paula White of Educators for Excellence.
