EAST BRUNSWICK, New Jersey – Learn recipes and techniques to make the most of the summer harvest! Stop by the East Brunswick Public Library on Thursday, Aug. 7, at 7 p.m., for Health Seasonal Eating and learn the freshest, healthiest ways to use the summer harvest.

Join the library as the NJ Agricultural Society and Farmers Against Hunger demonstrate culinary techniques, nutrition info and share recipes for seasonal eating. Learn about CSAs - consumer supported agriculture - and how eating local and healthy is easy in the garden state.
