Each session is tailored completely to your needs, goals and even mood! We are here to help you build not just muscle, but confidence with ongoing support and motivation that will help keep you on track in your wellness journey.
As always, your safety is our top priority. We are asking participants to arrive at the Y 15-20 minutes prior to class start time so we have time to check all members in before class starts. Upon check in, you will be required to participate in a temperature check using a touchless thermometer and a health screening, where you will be asked several Covid-19 related questions. Please read through all the updated Group Exercise Guidelines & Policies and What to Expect Upon Arrival information at www.thesay.org/group-ex.
At this time, classes are available to active paying members only. If you elect to participate in any outdoor group exercise classes, you are granting us permission to reactivate your membership dues which have currently been on hold. Your membership will be prorated for the month from the first day you plan to attend a class. No guests or nationwide members are permitted to participate.
Class schedules and reservations can be found on the SAY Mobile App or online.
After you sign up for a class, here are just a few things you need to bring: your face mask, a mat, water and your YMCA Member ID card or SAY Mobile App. You may bring your own weights, but the YMCA will have equipment available for you to use. Rest assured, our YMCA staff will be regularly sanitizing and disinfecting weights, equipment and bikes. Members must bring their own water as there will be no access to water fountains. Members will only be allowed inside the YMCA building for emergency access to restrooms. We ask you please read through all the updated Group Exercise Guidelines & Policies so you know what to expect upon arrival.
