Summit H.S. Places Three Students in National Forsensics Tournament, Poyner Named Coach of The Year

SUMMIT, NJ - The Summit High School Forensics Team, for the ninth year in a row, has qualified students for the National Tournament.

Competing at the New Jersey District Tournament,  Drew Schwendiman qualified for Nationals by placing second in Original Oratory.
 
Greg Archer and Allison Scott had previously qualified for the 2014 tournament in Duo Interpretation, by virtue of their Sixth Place finish at the 2013 NFL National Tournament.
 
In addition, SHS Forensics Team Coach Anne Poyner was named Coach of the Year from the New Jersey Forensic League.
 
The National Tournament will be held in Kansas City, MO, June 15 - 20.
