Currently are the NJ#9 team in the New Jersey milesplit rankings, the boys from the 07901 ran a strong team race, relying on the squad's pack depth, taking places 3-7 consecutively -- a performance fueled by great contributions from the four senior captains: Tim Buchan, Matt Fridel, Warren Hansen, and Luke Mauriello.

"This season's success is in large part due to the tremendous commitment, leadership, and sense of team, created by the seniors over the last six months," said Summit coach Neal Sharma. "This senior class knew how much they could accomplish this year, and made sure to keep everyone engaged, while training separately,  during the times we couldn't practice as a team."
