5/06 – 1713 hrs., report of theft of a backpack style leaf blower from the property of a Hillcrest Avenue residence sometime between 1:25 p.m. and 2:00 p.m., this date.

5/06 – 1732 hrs., report of theft from vehicle while it was parked at the Elm Street Parking Lot sometime between 6:00 a.m. and 5:32 p.m., this date. Cash in the amount of $300 was reported stolen. No evidence of forced entry.

5/06 – 1908 hrs., report of vehicle tire slashed at an Edgar Street residence on this date.

This bill would end the mandate for municipalities to publicly advertise legal notices in print newspapers.
