8/07 – 1332 hrs., report of theft of iPhone valued at $600 which was left at a Union Place bagel store sometime between 12:20 p.m. and 12:50 p.m., this date.

8/09 – 0145 hrs., Rodgers, Daniel M., 45, of Summit, NJ, arrested at Colt Road for Driving While Intoxicated and Careless Driving

8/09 – 1425 hrs., Anderson, Nasir S., 19, of Summit, NJ, arrested at Summit Police Headquarters for Robbery 2nd Degree, Aggravated Assault and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery 2nd Degree

8/10 – 1105 hrs., Hopkins, Charles J., 18, of Piscataway, NJ, arrested at Summit Police Headquarters for Conspiracy to Commit Robbery 2nd Degree, Robbery 2nd Degree and Aggravated Assault

8/11 – 1138 hrs., Norris, Denzel J., 18, of Summit, NJ, arrested at Summit Police Headquarters for Conspiracy to Commit Robbery 2nd Degree, Robbery 2nd Degree and Aggravated Assault

8/11 – 2005 hrs., report of theft of blue Giant 24-speed bicycle which was left unsecured on Union Place sometime between 6:01 a.m. and 6:32 p.m., this date.

8/11 – 1303 hrs., report of burglary and theft from an Ashwood Avenue residence at approximately 12:20 p.m., this date. An undetermined amount of jewelry reported stolen from a second floor bedroom. 8/12 – 0932 hrs., report of malicious mischief to a vehicle while it was parked at a Little Wolf Road residence sometime between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., this date. Rear passenger side window found smashed.

8/12 – 1128 hrs., Kurzer, Martin D., 29, of Livingston, NJ, arrested at residence for Terroristic Threats 3rd Degree and Stalking

8/13 – 0345 hrs., report of theft from unlocked vehicle while it was parked at a Canoe Brook Parkway residence just prior to this report. Suspect attempted entry to a locked vehicle at this location and then ransacked the second unlocked vehicle and stole $30 cash from a wallet which was left in the vehicle. Suspect gone on patrol’s arrival.

8/13 – 1107 hrs., report of illegal entry to two vehicles parked in a Woodland Avenue residential driveway sometime between 7:00 p.m., 8/12/14 and 10:15 a.m., this date. Nothing reported missing at this time.

11/15 - At 0905 hours a report was taken for a theft from a business. The incident occurred between 11/4 at 1500 hours and 11/9 at 0830 hours at a business on Beauvoir Avenue. The victim reported that two HP Chromebooks were taken; valued at approximately $500.00 each.
