SUMMIT, NJ - The City of Summit Department of Community Programs (DCP) has canceled all indoor extracurricular activities and organized sports programs based on guidance from the Westfield Regional Health Department to help control the spread of COVID-19.

The DCP will continue its afterschool, extended-day program at the Summit Community Center. All other programs are temporarily canceled. Enrichment and TryCAN classes will meet remotely using the Zoom platform.

While all municipal public parks will remain open, citizens are asked to practice safe social distancing practices with people outside their household.
