TRENTON, NJ - Governor Phil Murphy released the latest COVID-19 figures from around the New Jersey on Sunday.

There were 3,851 new cases reported, with 13 new deaths. Statewide, there are now 334,114 positive cases and 15,149 deaths, and 1,829 probable COVID-19 fatalities.  

According to Murphy, Essex County has 35,041 positive cases, and followed by Bergen (34,583), Hudson (31,432), Middlesex (30,273), Passaic (29,849), with 890 under investigation.

Passaic County registered the most new cases with 418. Five counties reported over 300 new cases, Union (360), Bergen (332), Hudson (317), Middlesex (307), and Camden (301.) Three counties reported over 200 new cases, Monmouth (290), Essex (285), and Burlington (268.) Three counties had over 100 new cases, Ocean (169), Mercer (164), and Morris (134.)

As of 10 p.m. Saturday, there were 2,877 people hospitalized, 559 patients in ICU and 304 on ventilators.
