EAST ORANGE, NJ - East Orange resident and NFL Professional Football Player Rasul Douglas will be hosting what he is calling a ‘Community Giveback’ event today (Friday August 24, 2018) at Firehouse #2 at 60 Main Street in East Orange.There will be music, games, free food and school supply giveaways for young students. 

Rasul Douglas is a cornerback with the Philadelphia Eagles. He attended East Orange Campus High School and was a graduate of Cicely L. Tyson Community School of Performing and Fine Arts. Rasul was drafted by the Eagles in the third round (99th overall) of the 2017 NFL Draft following a two-year collegiate career at West Virginia. Douglas, who tied for the NCAA lead with eight INTs as a senior in 2016, registered 78 tackles (55 solo), nine INTs, and two FFs in 24 games with the Mountaineers.
