CEDAR GROVE, NJ - Police are investigating an incident of fraud that occured on Sunday in Cedar Grove.  According to pollice repots, a resident received an email from a person pretending to be a clergy member from St. Catherine of Siena Church.  

The email asked the resident to purchase $900 in eBay gift cards to be given to new parishioners.  The victim purchased the card numbers and provided them to the suspect before realizing the email was fraudulent.  The incident remains under investigation.
