Baby Back ribs for “ Team Sweet Mama’s Kansas City rub”

½ tablespoon  cider vinegar

2 pounds of baby back 9 cleaned and membrane removed

 In a bowl, add Kansas city rub, and cider vinegar  to form a paste. Rub the paste on the ribs and a little after, cover in plastic and marinate overnight. Next day preheat oven 350, roast ribs on 300 temp, for 1 hour uncovered, then after the ribs brown, In foil add apple juice , place wrapped ribs, in shallow pan cook for 1 ½ hours on 275 temp  or until fork tender, let rest for 10 minutes, brush on Chef Jesse ‘s BBQ sauce ,brown for 5 minute more, keep hot.
