SUMMIT, NJ - Melanie Wilson, who has covered the Summit Board of Education for TAPinto Summit since October 2017, has decided to end her contributions in that capacity to focus her energies on her growing business.

Wilson offers writing coach and content creation services, specializing in "helping women entrepreneurs tell their Founder’s story, so they can create an 'About Me' page that reflects their personality and turns prospects into clients." She also, in situations where clients do not want to do the writing themselves, becomes their ghostwriter, creating their blog posts, website 'About Me' pages, Facebook posts, and sales letters for them.

"Melanie has consistently done a fantastic job covering the Summit Board of Education," said Greg Elliott, TAPinto Summit Owner and Publisher. "Her excellent work helped keep the residents of Summit informed and up-to-date on important issues involving and affecting the City's public school system. We thank her for your contributions, and look forward to continuing our tradition of local and objective coverage.

In addition to the conclusion of Wilson's tenure, Elliott announced that Karen Ann Kurlander -- who covers the City of Summit Common Council -- will add the Board of Education beat to her responsibilities.

"Karen Ann's coverage of Council has been terrific, and we know the BOE beat is in great, very capable hands," added Elliott.
