Team Red, White & Blue Central NJ and BrawlHouse Partner to Enrich the Lives of America’s Veterans

BH Sports Training / BrawlHouse, a state-of-the-art sports training facility that specializes in working with its students in helping them achieve their athletic greatness and fuel their life with power, purpose, confidence and focus announces its working relationship with Team Red, White and Blue’s Central New Jersey chapter in helping them in their mission to enrich the lives of America’s veterans by connecting them to their community through physical and social activity.
Beginning April 22nd, BrawlHouse will commence “Team RWB Boot Camp” every Tuesday morning from 5:30-6:30am.  The class is open to the general public for a nominal fee.  BrawlHouse will be donating 100% of the class proceeds back to Team Red, White and Blue Central NJ.  The class will be taught by USMC Corporal (Ret.) Jon Veras.
“This is an extremely important program for Team Red, White and Blue’s members.  It embodies our core belief that our veterans can gain the support they need by working out and socializing with members of their community.  Trust me, it is not just the veterans who benefit, one cannot help but feel inspired and motivated by these brave men and women”, according to Team Red, White and Blue Central NJ team leader Caroline Angel.
“We are honored to have Jon Veras as a BrawlHouse team member.  He is the perfect representative for BrawlHouse in this important initiative with Team Red, White and Blue”, shared BrawlHouse Co-Founder and Co-Managing Member Christopher Jordan.   Jon is an exceptional young man who dedicated himself to defending our nation.  Jon was wounded in action and has taken his own recovery experience as motivation to assist other veterans.

From 2007 to 2013, Jon devoted himself to serving the USMC as a member of the 2nd Marine Division. He came to this country at the age of 10 from the Dominican Republic.  Jon was a four sport varsity athlete while he attended Rahway High School and upon graduating was a minor league baseball player in the Dominican Republic.  “He gave up his professional baseball dreams to join the United States Marine Corps to give back to the country that took him in and provided him with so much.  He is a walking example of how one can live a life full of honor, integrity and purpose”, stated BH Sports Training Co-Founder and Co-Managing Member David Martin.
BH Sports Training / BrawlHouse co-founder Christopher Jordan explained, “From the very beginning we knew we wanted to operate with a social mission.  We are pleased to be working with a number of fine charitable organizations including Team Red, White and Blue.
Utilizing world renowned professionals such as former #1 boxing heavyweight contender Gerry Cooney and former 3x world Brazilian jiu-jitsu champion and pro-MMA champion Vitor “Shaolin” Ribeiro, BH Sports Training / BrawlHouse clients study wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ), CrossFit®, mixed martial arts (MMA), boxing, yoga, sport specific functional training and muay thai / kickboxing within a 9,000 square foot state-of-the-art training facility.  BrawlHouse athletes range in age from kindergarten to senior citizen.  BrawlHouse works with their athletes to harness their athletic achievement as fuel to live their life with power, purpose, confidence and focus.
