Telford Couple Stole Groceries from Giant, Police Say

A Telford couple have been charged with misdemeanor offenses for allegedly stealing groceries from Giant Food Store in Hilltown Township in May.

Police said Germaine Kimber, 29, of the 100 block of Reliance Place, had a prior retail theft conviction. Kimber was charged with misdemeanor retail theft and criminal conspiracy, police said. His alleged accomplice, Sheri Taylor, 34, of the same address, was charged with driving a vehicle while having a suspended license, police said.

On May 16, at 8:38 p.m., police responded to the Giant on Route 113, where an investigation revealed Kimber allegedly took groceries off the shelves, walked past the registers and fled the store, police said.

Taylor allegedly picked up Kimber and drove away from the store, police said.
