Telford Woman Walked Out of Vanity Fair Without Paying for Shoes, Police Say

A Telford woman who has been convicted of retail theft in the past was charged with misdemeanor theft by Hilltown Township Police for allegedly stealing shoes from Vanity Fair Outlet on Route 113.

On July 11, at 8:33 p.m., police responded to the store and determined a woman, identified as Elizabeth Ann Pawling, 23, of the 400 block of East Summit Street, allegedly concealed numerous pieces of clothing in her purse, police said.

Pawling allegedly wore a new pair of shoes out of the store without paying, police said.
