BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - The Berkeley Heights Diversity Council together with Autumn Lake Healthcare at Berkeley Heights will be having a Day of Service on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Monday, January 21, 2019 at 2:30 p.m.

Martin Luther King Day is a federal holiday held on the third Monday of January. It celebrates the life and achievements of Martin Luther King Jr., an influential American civil rights leader. The Reverend King became famous for his March on Washington and his I Have a Dream speech.

Please join them at 35 Cottage Street (off Plainfield Avenue) from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. They will be visiting and playing bingo with the residents. All ages are welcome (note: smaller children must be accompanied by an adult).

Donations for prizes are welcome (hand lotion, fuzzy socks, gift cards to local stores, etc.).
