The Historical Society of Old Randolph is pleased to announce the next speaker of the season in its special series of programs entitled “Randolph Reminisces.”
In an open, informal discussion format, Bill Wagner will be our guest. Mr. Wagner is the current Randolph OEM Director and a two time Fire Department Chief for the Township of Randolph
He is also the key contact for oversight of the Mt. Presbyterian Church's historic cemetery. Bill will discuss the history of the church and it's cemetery, which is one of the 26 Designated Municipal Landmarks of Randolph.
The public is welcome to attend on Monday, August 18 at 7:00 PM at the Randolph Museum, located on Millbrook Avenue in Randolph at the entrance to Freedom Park. Light refreshment will be served. The Historical Society of Old Randolph (HSOR) invites all residents to step back in time for a bit and view some of the gizmos and gadgets of the past while enjoying peach punch and peach dessert. It is fun for the entire family.
The FREE will be held, rain or shine, at the Randolph Museum from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 17, 2014. The museum is located at the entrance to Freedom Park on Millbrook Avenue, between Carrell and Schoolhouse roads.
The tree-ripened peaches come from Sun High Orchards, one of Randolph Township’s preserved farm lands.
