You don’t want to miss this event.  Project Help has gone over to the world of virtual events.  This event is so much fun and so customizable that you will be delighted.

The challenge is a 5K, 10K or Marathon.  Here comes the fun part.  You can walk, run, bike, hop on one foot or any mode of movement you care to do.  You get to post your success and throw down the gauntlet for competitors.  Family, friends, co-workers are all invited to participate or sponsor you or your family or team.

It’s a very low entry fee but you do have to raise at least $50 per adult to qualify for a medal.  Top fundraisers will receive a medal for the work you did raising money.

Our newsletter delivers the local news that you can trust.

Project Help is the host for this event and their mission is to support and honor military veterans of all wars, during their times of distress.

All of the money you raise will go to the Hardship Fund for veterans.

“Please join us in this fun event…it’s the honor system as to distance travelled.  You are encouraged to set up a team or family team if possible and make it a fun time for all” said Sandy Mitchell, Executive Director of Project Help.  Then get on Facebook live and show them what you’ve got.  Chat it up, get others to compete with you and you might even work off some of the Covid 15.

Registration is open at, do it now so you don’t forget.  Start building your team and getting sponsors.
