On Friday, July 4, 2014 the police responded to a report of theft at Kohl's Department Store in Hadley Mall. The police officer met with the loss prevention specialists who had the defendent, Janelle Y. Arguello who was being detained for shoplifting. Thru observation on the store's video, Arguello placed store merchandise into her purse. She then walked out of the store without paying for the items. Arguello was stopped outside the store and escorted back into the store. She was place under arrest for shoplifting and transported to the police HQ and processed.
