Responded to ECI Communications on South Clinton Avenue on a reported theft. Owner stated unknown actors stole 2 ladders from his property. The ladders were cable locked to a metal railing on the north side of the building. Suspects were observed on the company video surveillance system cutting the lock and placing the ladders on the roof of a Ford Explorer. No other information is available at this time.
