Tickets to The Barclays PGA Tour Event Support Summit Area YMCA

SUMMIT, NJ - Tickets for The Barclays PGA Tour event can be purchased through the Summit Area YMCA, with 75% of the net proceeds going directly to the Y’s Annual Campaign.  The tournament will return to The Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus August 19-24. 

The Y’s Annual Campaign provides financial assistance to those in our community who are struggling emotionally, physically, and/or financially.  The Annual Campaign is supported through donations from individuals and corporate sponsorships, as well as through fundraising opportunities such as ticket sales for The Barclays tournament.

 “The Barclays is a prestigious PGA Tour event, and we are pleased to have the opportunity to sell the tickets to golf fans in our community,” said Paul Kieltyka, President and CEO of the Summit Area YMCA.  “It’s a terrific way to spend a summer afternoon while supporting a terrific cause…the Y.”

Good-Any-One-Day Tickets are $65. The ticket can be used any day from Tuesday, August 19 – Sunday, August 24.  If used to attend either on Friday or Saturday, the ticket includes an evening concert on the lawn.  Weekly Grounds Tickets are $125.  The schedule of events is as follows:

August 19                         Practice Round                            9:00 a.m.

August 20                         Pro-Am Competition (Shotgun)      7:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

August 21 – 22                First and Second Round Starts      Begins at 7:30 a.m.

August 22                         Southside Johnny Concert             Conclusion of Play

August 23                         The Irish Rovers Concert               Conclusion of Play

August 23 – 24                Third and Final Rounds                  Begins at 8:00 a.m.
