Time to Have Fun With the Dogs

RARITAN, NJ - Volunteer organization BringFido.com is coming to Raritan with a chance to play with the dogs.

Donna Heacock, a volunteer with the organization, will be at the Raritan Dog Park, at the corner of Tilman and First Avenue, on June 21 to play ball with the dogs. She will be there from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., and 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

According to Heacock, the organization has given volunteers all over the country more than 10,000 tennis balls to have fun with the dogs in the local parks.

"I will be at the Raritan Dog Park in the morning and the evening, giving out these balls to all our furry friends who are in the park that day," she said.

Heacock said that anyone can come to the dog park, so long as they sign up at the Raritan Municipal Building, on First Street, showing the dogs are up to date with their shots.
