Jack Flaps defines itself as an “Urban Breakfast Shoppe” and we have to say that is spot on. Their selections include Benedicto Mexicano, Breakfast Bánh Mì, and Breakfast Kimchi which gives the shoppe an international vibe. The mixing of cultures doesn’t stop there. The Real F’ing Breakfast Burrito definitely makes an edgy stand.
Our choices were bold; grits, breakfast kimchi, and pork belly. A sort of south by southeast meets the Far East. Risky? Oh, yeah! Good? You bet your Far East...
So, while making the epic pilgrimage to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame or just needing a stop from the epic Cedar Point trek, try the waffles and urban goodies of Jack Flaps.
